Sugar Industry Machinery

Archive Introduction:

During early stages Taiwan Sugar Corporation’s sugar machinery were mainly imported from Japan and European Countries, but were repaired and maintained by Taiwanese workers. These machines were used to around 1958 after the war and were near their service life, so TMMC implemented a 10-year renewal plan to make sugar industry machinery for Taiwan Sugar Corporation. TMMC maintained a good relationship with Taiwan Sugar Corporation in the several decades of their cooperation.
